We offer our luscious cakes in variations up, down, and sideways

Two or 4 layers, and 8, 9 or 10 inches across, beautiful and delicious cakes can be made to suit your needs. Our bakers take pride in making a product that tastes as good as it looks. We offer layer cakes, bundt cakes, and loaf cakes.

The only thing reduced with our mini bundts is the size. Every bit of intense flavor is still there. This is the ideal size for one hungry person, or for two to share. All of the cakes shown come filled with our cream cheese icing in a flavor appropriate to the cake.

Chocolate Layer Cake

Intensely chocolate, this cake is enhanced with rich caramel in the batter and a chocolate icing with a cream cheese base. Try serving it with a drizzle of chocolate sauce and a sprinkling of sliced almonds to make it even more special.

Loaf Cakes

Our R & D Chefs have more winners here. Four flavors of pound cake loaves ready for slicing, give a great variety of choices and uses. Try a tray of mixed cake flavors, with or without fresh fruit, or serve as a sundae with ice cream and a sauce. These also make great shortcakes piled with fruit and whipped cream.

The same serving suggestions can be used with our Tea Breads, as well as their usual use with afternoon tea. Sliced, they make a great lunch box addition.
